Would not change a thing,

Dr Herrell is a very fine physician. Very satisfied with my treatment.

I have never felt so embarrassed in an office visit! Dr. Herrell asked me why I was there (in a rushed attitude! I explained what my doctor (on my portal) told me to see a urologist. He was irritated that he needed more information. I explained about my urgency to urinate (pressure). He told me to see my doctor for pain! By then I felt STUPID! Asking myself WHAT IS GOING ON! I went to my daughter's work afterwards. She works for five doctors. I almost was in tears! They gave me an urologist they recommended. I would like to see the one I had two to three years ago (Vanderbilt). At my daughter's office, we pulled up the doctor online. Men reviews, good. He might have had a bad morning. I will NEVER be talked to like I did today!!! THANK YOU! I hold Vanderbilt as the best health care. Praying this makes sense.
