MacKenzie was a terrific provider! She was friendly, kind, and took lots of time with me. She made me feel completely comfortable. She listened attentively and answered all my questions thoroughly. I'm the type of person who generally hates going to the doctor, but MacKenzie put me completely at ease! I only want to see her from now on!

I keep having to move states for work and school, so every new PCP I go to typically starts over with wanting to be conservative and watch and wait this rash I've been dealing with on and off for 8 years. I've tried multiple different treatments and am doing the things I've been told to do at home and it doesn't stay better for long, so I appreciate that this nurse actually took me seriously when I told her all this and went ahead and ordered me the medicine that helped 8 years ago and a derm referral. I absolutely don't think I have a dangerous condition, but I'm just so tired of always itching and playing wackamole with ugly patches with PCP care and OTCs. Even if the specialist tells me this is just gonna be chronic for me and I'm already doing all I can and they have nothing more to offer, I still appreciate that this nurse was willing to give me the derm referral for peace of mind knowing that I tried.

Haas was exceptional. She listened and truly showed concern. She motivated me in my journey to quit smoking. She also had knowledge of my history as a patient with Vandy.

Mackenzie was excellent, I feel like she really took the time with my telehealth visit. She listened to my concerns and I would definitely recommend her!!!
