The doctor acted like we didn't know what we were there for. He acted like we hadn't talked to anyone else before this and when told what we were told he just dismissed it and got cocky, acting like he knows everything and another Dr might not know her diagnosis as well.

He had already made up his mind before coming into the room. Did not take the time to listen or to take into account her special needs (nonverbal) and medical history. Even in his after visit note he wrote the wrong patient name and had the wrong idea of what brought us to the clinic. Now we will need a 2nd opinion.

Our MD, Dr. Gregory, could stand to work on his bedside manner. I felt judged as to how/why my daughter broke her leg, as if it was my fault.
