The otolaryngology department at Vanderbilt was and remains my most positive patient care experience across the board. This is 35 years as a genetically ill high strung nurse patient. The department physicians, physicians, assistance, and other medically treating staff, are the one department that it doesn't matter who you see, they read the prior notes, they make you feel like they know what your care has been, they take the time with you or explain why they need to leave a room and still make you think that they love medicine and there is hope for you.This is the one department that I would recommend to anybody anywhere
