I loved my care provider. She was so wonderful, very caring, informative, and it was such a pleasure to meet her.

Latascia is a top tier provider. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and explains things thoroughly in a way you can understand. She is reassuring and very kind which is highly valuable for sensitive conversations. She takes the time she needs to address all concerns, and follows up in a trustworthy manner. I was concerned when my previous provider moved away, but lastacia has exceeded my expectations and I'm so glad she is my provider! I'd recommend her broadly. She deserves recognition and a raise - please give her one! The Hendersonville community needs her.

Lastacia is amazing. I had questions and she took the time to answer them thoroughly. I never felt rushed or like she needed/wanted to leave. We had to make decisions about referring out vs changes in medication and she talked me through all of the options and addressed my questions. She's really one of the best.

Attentive to my questions/concerns, response to questions were understandable and thorough, did not feel rushed through my appointment. Pleasant demeanor. I left the appointment very hopeful of care plan.
