Lastacia Evans is a GEM. Fantastic provider for my disabled 19 year old. Cannot recommend her enough. She communicates with my young adult child and makes sure she understands the options. I'm just there to clarify things and get the ball rolling. My daughter feels very comfortable discussing what can be an uncomfortable subject with Nurse Evans. Absolutely love her and loved her approach to care.

I waited longer to receive care than what it took to provide the care. The care was great.
