I am facing surgery which I found out this visit had been changed from what I was previously told. I was only told some of the most significant details after asking questions. Fortunately I had read information on the new procedure and knew some questions to ask. I have been told several positives about Dr Englot and heard that he is a great surgeon. I was disappointed with my visit though due to his lack of explanation and patience.
