It would've helped for there to have been acknowledgment of the seriousness based on radiology reports and acknowledgment of the process being very scary. The provider yawned multiple times during our 5-10 minute encounter, and overall I felt a lack of sympathy/caring and support in the midst of a very scary time.

This was a immediate follow up after an MRI-- so there wasn't much to discuss

She was very caring and listened to me

Kendra made me feel comfortable and was very informative and explained all processes for the day and what to anticipate after test results. I appreciate that she came and checked on me when I was waiting for the test and reassured me that I would know the results the day that I was there. Since my visit we have emailed 3 times and I feel that I am getting the best care and very grateful to Kendra and thankful that she will be following me as my high risk APRN.

Kendra put me at ease immediately.

Kendra is excellent. From the first time I met her I have felt like she listened to my concerns and fears; she HEARS me. I could not ask for any better care.
