Because we were squeezed into a busy schedule, I think we didn't get as much time with doctor or as much information as maybe we would normally, but I was just so thankful to be seen at all. Dr. Dale did a good job explaining things even in the short time he had.

We had an amazing experience with Dr. Dale. He had genuine concern for our son when helping us to weigh the treatment options, he allowed us to ask as many questions as we had and talk through things thoroughly, and he was in no rush. He allowed my son to feel involved in the decision-making process, and for me to call my wife for her to discuss as well.

The doctor was not in the room very long at all, and only briefly explained the process. But he was kind, and easy to understand.
