Dr Dack reviewed my relevant medical history prior to the appointment, confirmed several items about that history, focused on the issues that required his assistance, discussed the current treatment plan and its effectiveness, offered suggestions for the future, and the did a physical examination to ascertain my conditions. He was clear and concise on all discussion matters and wish me well !!! Great doctor!!!
