Recommended drink more water, high fiber diet (when she had not even asked me about my current diet) and get cardio 3x a week. Just standard recommendations that I could google. BTW my cardiologist says my cardio is excellent. I was there for advice about my tummy not my heart.

These are things I have already looked up and tried. After seeing her I realized she was not truly interested in getting to the root cause. 10 minute talk about increasing fiber and taking metamucil. True waist of time and co pay as the 1st time I was there.
