Dustin is great. He listens well and offers advice that helps calm my nerves. I can tell that he cares about my wellbeing.

He was very condescending and it seemed like I was an interruption in his schedule. He didn't listen and told me he had not even read my chart. He didn't even know why I was there. I left feeling like my issues didn't matter to him. I didn't get any answers to my medical issues.

He seemed very irritated just walking into the room. Didn't listen to me really, I had to keep repeating questions I already answered. I'm glad he took blood work, but I told him I didn't want to be on a certain medication, and he didn't listen. He read his diagnosis off of a screen and looked at the screen more than interacting with me. Probably a good doctor just doesn't have great bedside manner.

From admission to discharge they were kind and I observed they were polite to everyone and tried hard to reassure each pt they were not a burden.

Dustin Cross, APRN is a good listener, answers my questions with explanations that are easy to understand, and I feel he is truly concerned about my health and for me as an individual. Additionally, he provides educational material that will be helpful to deal with my symptom and be healthier overall. I am grateful for his helping me and feel comfortable recommending him to others.

I don't think he cared to hear about my issue. He was quick to let me know when I mentioned anything that was not his specialty. He told me which doctor I should discuss that with. I mentioned health issues pertaining to why I was there. He was rude and acted like he didn't want to hear anything about my issue. Dismissing what I said as being not important.

He's a fantastic doctor. Very thorough and took his time with me answering all my questions and concerns.

He showed no emotion, never smiled, never made any sort of effort to establish patient rapport. 90 percent of visit was him typing and looking at computer. I'm not a complicated case so I didn't need much, just needed to establish care. He didn't seem like someone who liked their job.
