The care provider looked at medication options to help with my issue. While she was attentive and pleasant, I did not get a real connection with her. It just felt like we were doing business.

I felt like I was able to explain concerns, she listened, answered my questions, gave me feedback of what to look for or follow up with my PCP. I felt listened to and understood for the first time about my medical history. Very validating!

Erin was great. She knew my history very well before entering my patient. She was patient, observant, caring, and asked me many questions, but most of all listened to me. I like that she completed several motor skill tests. Erin was great.
