About Blake P. Brookshire
Blake Brookshire, MD, is a family medicine physician and Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He joined Vanderbilt Executive Wellness and Concierge Medicine in 2025. Previously he was a physician with the Vanderbilt University Student Health Center.
Dr. Brookshire earned his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and his medical degree from the University of Texas. He completed residency at West Virginia University, where he served as a chief resident, and received clinical safety training at MD Anderson. Dr. Brookshire is board certified in Family Medicine and endeavors to deliver a patient-centered approach to primary care.
When he is not seeing patients, he enjoys being outdoors, as well as spending time with his wife and three young boys.
