Dr. Bradley was a great listener, asked pertinent questions and was very quick to understand my perspective. Based on that, she was willing to try something different and mmediately helped me get approval from insurance. After having chronic illness for many years and seeing physicians in a number of medical domains, I can tell you that this is rare and was greatly appreciated.
