Dr Birdwell has been my Nephrologist for almost nine years and she is without a doubt the best doctor I have ever had and I have had a lot in my 50+ years of medical history. She always has time to answer questions and is always terrific to talk to. She is the most conscientious Dr I have known and truly cares about her patients. Simply the best doctor in a community of some of the finest clinicians there are. Vanderbilt is a top notch facility and definitely on the top of all medical facilities in the world.
