This was my second visit with Dr. Berkman, and unfortunately, I left feeling hopeless and unheard. He spent a total of 12 minutes with me, during which he frequently interrupted me and dismissed my concerns about my pain. While I appreciated the good news that surgery wasn't necessary, he provided no guidance on the next steps or possible solutions. He seemed eager to leave the room and uninterested in spending more time addressing my issues. It felt like, because my condition wasn't serious to him, he didn't care to help further. It left me with the impression that he's more focused on surgeries and financial gain than patient care.
