Dr Assi is a caring and kind man. He helps explain and breakdown the concerns in a way that is clear and easy to understand. I asked for a cause of my rue nerve pains through my hand. He found it. He verified with 3 hand specialists that all came to see me within an hour. They gave me diagnosis, OT Justin and Dr Assi helped me open my arm (most literally) and start the healing process. I'm so grateful and my issue was taken care of quickly and professionally.

Dr. Assi has not even operated on me but by the way her cared and showed compassion to me I have already recommended 5 people to him and his team at Vanderbilt plastic surgery center. He was so gentle and made sure I was comfortable. He talked me through everything the entire time and made sure I understood every risk and benefit possible. He was so respectful and helpful. Finally a provider who listened to me and made me feel like a real person. So thankful to start such a journey with him and his team.
