Dr. Assi has not even operated on me but by the way her cared and showed compassion to me I have already recommended 5 people to him and his team at Vanderbilt plastic surgery center. He was so gentle and made sure I was comfortable. He talked me through everything the entire time and made sure I understood every risk and benefit possible. He was so respectful and helpful. Finally a provider who listened to me and made me feel like a real person. So thankful to start such a journey with him and his team.

I know this was scheduled as a ten-minute appointment, so we didn't have much time. But I felt like I was told 'this is the option we'll go with'. I had questions about what choices I could make, options to pick from, and didn't get a window to explore any other choices.
