The doc was knowledgeable, at first made a few assumptions but we figured out our rhythm and we're very pleased. She included our kid in discussions and listened to his statements.

She really saw us and answered any questions we had with no judgement

I felt very good about the explanations she gave me, peace of mind, and the plan for going forward. I also appreciated that she told me to call at anytime before the follow-up if things were not working or if I had concerns about the treatment plan.
