Margaret Anderson always listens attentively to my concerns. It is nice to be seen by someone who isn't in a hurry to rush you out the door so they can get on to their next patient. She truly cares, listens, and interacts so well with Alaina! One of the great ones!

When asked quietly to stop talking to my child who was very overwhelmed with anxiety, she continued. I asked her 3 times to stop and she kept on until I stood up and walked in front of my child to try and calm her! She then left the room! She was a very polite person but didn't understand that stop means stop when an anxious person isn't able to continue.
