This visit felt completely transactional. I didn't get a sense of concern about me or an interest in learning any details about me, just a focus on setting up the biopsy and even that wasn't great- none of the information my non-VU referring physician provided was visible to the clinician (I looked it up for her on my portal rather than asking my physician to repeat sending the information), there was no estimation of how long it would take to set up the biopsy. It didn't feel like there was any interest or effort to meet me where I am, just on navigating one inefficient way of getting more information to then complete the scheduling. Face to face time was about 10 minutes.

Carolyn is an outstanding provider. She is both very professional and very personable. She offers clear information and makes clear that the decision rest with me. She creates a space in which I feel comfortable sharing very personal information and asking any questions I have.
