Myelopathy

Myelopathy is spinal cord dysfunction related to abnormal pressure placed on the spinal cord. It can cause a variety of symptoms — including pain, numbness, weakness and tingling. Where these symptoms occur depends on where the spinal cord is being compressed. The effects of myelopathy can range from mild to severe and can worsen over time.
