I contacted Dr. New via MyHealth about an issue we had discussed at my annual last summer. She responded quickly and ordered some tests (which were booked quickly). This appointment was just Dr. New explaining the results and presenting me with several options for care. She spent time going through and explaining each one, allowing me to ask questions as we went along. Once we decided on a treatment plan, we made a follow-up to see how things were going. I left feeling at ease & comfortable with the decision we made together!

Dr. New gave me such good care. I have been dealing with this problem for years. Saw several doctors who gave me prescriptions but nothing further. Finally was referred to her, and what a difference. She examined me and determined that I need additional tests which finally gave me an answer to what I was dealing with and also, let her know how to treat it. She started treatment right away, and now 6 months later I'm doing so much better and healing well.
