MyRecoveryHealth FAQs

What is the Substance Use Disorder Bundle?

MyRecoveryHealth combines Vanderbilt’s world-class medical care with a reimagined approach that delivers a better experience at a lower cost. Our goal is to deliver the right level of care to each individual. We offer convenient, private access for you to get the help you need.

How will this program benefit me?

This program provides patients with a high-touch care experience through an assigned Vanderbilt Health patient navigator. We focus on providing the personalized support you need to recover. This bundle also makes your privacy a priority so you can engage with no fears about jeopardizing your current employment.

Is this bundle right for me?

If you struggle with substance abuse, this bundle can help. MyRecoveryHealth includes support for opioid use disorder (OUD) as well as other substance use disorders, which could involve alcohol, cannabis, cocaine, methamphetamine and other stimulants, sedatives, hallucinogens, inhalants, and other psychoactive substances.

What does MyRecoveryHealth cost?

Please visit your employer’s benefits website or speak with a patient navigator to confirm.

Who is eligible?

Please check with your employer to confirm eligibility for the bundle or contact one of our patient navigators through the Chat box below.

How do I enroll in the bundle?

Eligible employees must enroll with a patient navigator prior to your next clinic visit. Start a conversation with a patient navigator in the Chat box below or schedule an appointment at this link.

What happens if my health plan changes mid-bundle?

You must be enrolled in a bundle-eligible health plan. You can move between bundle-eligible health plans mid-bundle, but you cannot transition to an ineligible health plan and stay in the bundle. If you make any changes to your health plan, please contact your patient navigator. Please visit your employer’s benefits website to confirm which health plans qualify, or contact one of our patient navigators through the Chat box below.
