To speak with a Patient Advocate, please contact the Office of Patient Affairs at (615) 322-6154 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. weekdays. For urgent needs requiring assistance after hours, please contact the Vanderbilt Operator at (615) 322-5000 and ask for the hospital administrator on call.
