Precertification Services
Our insurance specialist is happy to verify insurance or obtain pre-certification for you. Please send faxed copies of the patient's primary and secondary insurance card, demographics, diagnosis, history, and clinicals to (615) 771-9298. Insurance direct phone numbers are (615) 577-4095 and (615) 577-4056.
Reports
You will receive a faxed report in 4-24 hours.
Cool Springs Imaging images are sent directly to Vanderbilt PACS and can be reviewed by the physician within minutes of the patient's scan. Physicians associated with Vanderbilt can also order patient studies through Star Panel. Our form is located in the forms tab of the Star Panel system and images are available through the PacsWeb.
Scheduling
We are happy to contact your patient to schedule an appointment. If you would like us to do this, please note this on the test order form along with patient's contact numbers and the date of the patient's follow-up with your office.
Comparisons
Please remind the patient to bring any previous MRIs or mammograms to their appointment so that we may use it for comparison.
