Vanderbilt Weight Management Workshop for Adults
The Vanderbilt Dayani Center for Health & Wellness, in conjunction with Vanderbilt’s Health Plus Faculty & Staff Wellness Program, offers a holistic approach to promoting healthy nutrition, physical activity, empowerment, motivation, and well-being.
Our next program will be a Tuesday evening class, 5:30-7:00pm., tentatively scheduled to start June 11th, 2013.
A free orientation session will be held on 28th and June 4th from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the Dayani Center conference room. Please e-mail to reserve a seat!
We emphasize the following:
- Weekly Interactive and Supportive Class Sessions
- Individualized Workout Program With A Personal Trainer (two 1-hour personal training sessions PLUS regular access to assistance from our exercise specialist staff)
- 5-month Use of Our Fully-Equipped Exercise Facility, Walking Track and Indoor Pool
- Access To Exercise Classes, Such as Yoga, Tai Chi, Zumba, Body Sculpt, Dance, Pilates, Group Cycling & Water Aerobics
$545 for Vanderbilt employees (and adult members of their immediate family) and for current Dayani Center members and current Dayani patients.
